How long does delivery take?

About nine days. That is our supplier’s own estimate and we quote it rather than a shorter number we would like to be true. We will update it once we have real delivery data from our own orders.

Do I have to post anything back for a refund?

No. Once we approve a refund you keep the item — for most of what we sell, return shipping would cost more than the product does. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and tell us what went wrong.

How do I know which brush suits my dog?

Every product page names the coat type it suits and the ones it does not. A rake for a husky undercoat will do nothing on a short-haired cat, and we say so on the page rather than leaving you to guess.

What if the size is wrong?

Measure before ordering — every page that needs a measurement tells you where to put the tape. If it still does not fit, tell us within 30 days and we refund it. You keep the item.

Why are some specifications missing?

Because the supplier has not published them. We would rather leave a number out than print one we cannot stand behind. Ask us and we will go and get it before you order.
